Masaż terapeutyczny ramion i karku

Method 01

Therapeutic massage

PLN 16050 min

Therapeutic massage is a form of physiotherapy that uses elements of classic massage, such as pressing, stroking, rubbing, tapping and shaking. Choosing the right techniques and pressure on the tissue makes it possible to tailor the massage to the patient's individual needs.

Depending on the chosen method and intensity, the massage can, for example, be relaxing or improve blood and lymph flow. It also relaxes tense muscles and eases stress. The right essential oils can further enhance its beneficial effect on the body.

Application

  • Relief from stress and tension
  • A deep, relaxing massage
  • Stimulation of self-healing processes
  • A more efficient metabolism
  • Detoxification of the body
  • Pain relief therapy
  • Support in treating internal diseases
Refleksologia – ucisk punktów na stopie

Method 02

Reflexology

PLN 20050 min

Reflexology is a holistic therapy rooted in the ancient traditions of the East. It involves pressing specific points on the body – mainly on the hands, feet and face – that are linked to internal organs and the central nervous system.

The technique is based on the idea that no organ works in isolation, and a disorder in just one element can affect the functioning of the whole body. That is why pressing specific points on the surface of the body not only improves the function of individual organs, but also supports the therapy of somatic and psychological dysfunctions, including insomnia and stress.

Application

  • Relief from stress and tension
  • A deep, relaxing massage
  • Stimulation of self-healing processes
  • A more efficient metabolism
  • Detoxification of the body
  • Pain relief therapy
  • Support in treating internal diseases
Akupunktura – zabieg w punktach na plecach

Method 03

Acupuncture

PLN 12050 min

Acupuncture is a therapeutic method used since ancient times in the tradition of the Far East. In many Western countries it now also complements conventional medicine. The technique involves stimulating specific points on the skin, subcutaneous tissue or fascia with specially prepared needles.

According to tradition, this restores the proper flow of energy in the body and helps achieve a state of physiological balance. It also improves blood flow and strengthens the immune system. There are also reports that acupuncture relieves chronic pain. The treatment is completely hygienic, as each patient receives a separate set of sterile needles.

Application

  • Therapy for mild and moderate neuroses and depression
  • Support in overcoming addictions
  • Treatment of chronic pain, e.g. back pain
  • Relief and elimination of migraines
  • Digestive problems, including irritable bowel syndrome
  • Respiratory diseases

Method 04

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback (neurobiological feedback) is a technique that makes it possible to observe brain waves in real time and give the patient feedback signals about changes in the activity of their central nervous system. This makes it possible to consciously modify brain activity that is normally controlled independently of human will.

More about the method

Brain wave data is collected with a set of EEG electrodes. By keeping their activity, for example, within the right frequency range, the patient can operate a computer program, such as a game. This therapeutic method has been shown to help with concentration problems, anxiety, insomnia and even chronic pain.

Application

  • Help in changing habitual behaviors
  • Support in overcoming addictions
  • Reinforcing beneficial behavioral changes
  • Practicing stress management techniques
  • Improved psychophysical coherence
  • Support in the neuroregulation process
tDCS – stymulacja z elektrodami na czole

Method 05

tDCS

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a completely non-invasive and painless therapeutic method. It influences the activity of brain waves that accompany neuronal activity using a set of specially prepared electrodes placed on the patient's head.

More about the method

Research has shown that even a single session, in which a low-intensity electric current modifies the activity of nerve cells and the work of the brain, can significantly improve concentration, memory and analytical thinking. There are also reports of the method's potential to improve visual function and relieve chronic pain.

Application

  • Non-invasive modulation of neuronal activity
  • Enhancement of neuroregulation methods
  • Support in the therapy of cognitive disorders
  • Reduction of anxiety and depressive disorders
  • Neurorehabilitation for people with brain injuries
  • Greater resilience to stress
  • Support in neurofeedback therapy
Floating – komora do deprywacji sensorycznej

Method 06

Sensory deprivation

Sensory deprivation (floating) limits the stimuli that reach the body through the individual senses. Floating sessions take place in a specially designed, safe and comfortable soundproofed and darkened tank, in which the patient floats on the surface of a concentrated magnesium sulfate solution at body temperature.

More about the method

This removes almost all visual and auditory stimuli, reduces the sensation of gravity and creates a pleasant feeling of floating in space. It calms and quiets the central nervous system and allows you to enter a state of deep relaxation.

Application

  • Reaching a state of deep relaxation
  • Muscle relaxation and release of tension
  • Mental recovery
  • Reduced secretion of cortisol (the stress hormone)
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Better concentration and creativity
  • Addiction therapy
Hiperbaria tlenowa – sesja w komorze

Method 07

Oxygen hyperbaria

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) is a completely painless and non-invasive therapeutic method. It involves breathing air at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure and containing much more oxygen. This saturates not only red blood cells but also all physiological fluids with this life-giving gas.

More about the method

Oxygen is delivered much more efficiently to every tissue and cell in the body, stimulating repair processes, e.g. in damaged muscles or in areas of the brain affected by stroke. The body's natural defense mechanisms, including the immune system, are also strengthened. Hyperbaric oxygen sessions take place in a comfortable chamber in which the patient lies in a comfortable position.

Application

  • Faster recovery of the body
  • Fighting inflammation and infection
  • Immune stimulation
  • Slower aging
  • Greater physical endurance
  • Support in post-stroke therapy
Krioterapia miejscowa kolana

Method 08

Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy is a therapeutic method that exposes the surface of the body to very low temperatures for a short, controlled time. The treatment triggers a range of physiological reactions, such as constriction of blood vessels, reduced inflammation and lower nerve conduction.

More about the method

When the exposure to cold ends, the tissues are intensely flushed with blood, which speeds up recovery, relieves pain and improves mobility. Cryotherapy can be applied locally or to the whole body, depending on the patient's indications and needs. Thanks to its high effectiveness, it is used in physiotherapy, sports medicine and the treatment of chronic diseases.

Application

  • Reduction of inflammation and swelling
  • Relief of muscle and joint pain
  • Faster regeneration processes
  • Improved range of joint motion
  • Support in treating sports injuries
  • Support in the therapy of rheumatic and neurological diseases
